Quick Switcher and Hot Corners
Pull up from the bottom left corner of the screen to access Quick Switcher, then release your finger downwards to switch to the selected app, or optionally upwards to access the original app switcher.
Pull up from the bottom right corner of the screen to invoke Hot Corners to return to the home screen or lock the device.

How about Auxo?
Sentry and I worked together on
Quick Switcher initially, however it got expanded to a much bigger product later. That's how Auxo was born.
I have always liked the combination of Quick Switcher, Hot Corners and the stock Control Center. Multi-Center seemed too cumbersome in every way for me. And more practically, Multi-Center brought compatibility issues with other CC tweaks. Besides, CC in iOS 10 can have multiple pages, which has much more potential for creative tweaks than ever before and I really don't think Multi-Center should get in the way.
Now both of us have got full-time jobs and have been absent from the jailbreak community for a long time. So it is with A3tweaks. Sentry doesn't even have a jailbroken device AFAIK. :p
So I decided to continue maintaining Quick Switcher and Hot Corners, two my favorite features in Auxo, as one of my personal projects. And of course, free for everyone.
