Skinnyhud gives you the visual options to Hide/Disable the Background, the Panel and the Dots of the Volume HUD Box.
The Tweak also allows you to choose to Force the Volume HUD Box to stay visible on the Screen.
No Respring Needed for enabling and disabling the Tweak.
